Hey Tammy, this is a great idea! I desperately need to get off my duff and start to add exercise. I seem to do well for a week or so then conveniently forget about it for several weeks. My loss has most definitely slowed down this past month and I'm ready to take on the challenge!!! Thanks for taking charge and motivating us.

Great ideal, Tammy. I had thought about doing this as well. The May board does this every morning. Someone posts "Monday's Gym Now Open" (or whatever day it is) and everyone states what exercise they do that day. LOL, Sherry 276/200/130-140
