Exercise Challenge for March
Any Takers????????
Ok, we're 6 months out, everyone's weight loss seems to be slowing down. I, for one, need motivation to move..... So here's what I propose. Every day through the month of March I can post a "Today's Exercise" message. Maybe we can all shoot for at least 20 minutes a day.
Let me know what you all think, or if you're interested. I can track it & post the total amount of time combined that we all moved our butts....
