I know someone will flame me for this but I really do hate exercising now. When I had my VBG back and 1995 I exercised all the time. I would ride my stationary bike for an hour and I would also walk 2 to 3 miles 5 days a week. This time around I don't have the energy for exercising and for the most part being a single mom to a 4 year old little boy it takes must of my energy to keep up with him. Being that I'm a revision patient I think losing 75 pounds in 6 months is pretty good. Because I have read on this site that revision patients lose slower than first time out patients. But now the weight loss is moving slower, and I don't want it to stop now. So I really got to get my head in the game and try to start walking at my lunch break are my body may get stuck at this weight, and I would be so hurt and depress. By my next doc visit which will be 04/13, I hope to lose another 10 to 15 pounds. I better get to walking!!! Ya'll Take Care and keep up the good work !!! Carolyn (Jc C.) 284/209/ 150 to 160-ish.

Carolyn.... I know where you're coming from.... For me, I go in spurts. I exercise real good for 2 or 3 weeks, then "life" gets in the way & I stop for a while. I'm sure if I was more consistent with it, the weight loss would pick up. This NY winter weather just drags ya down. Can't wait for spring to hit so I can get outside to walk again... I think we all just need to find something that works for us & stick with it. I didn't lose that much weight this month either. March will be the month. We were the same weight at surgery & we're close now. Maybe we should do some kind of exercise check in each day to keep us on track. What do you think??? I can post a new message to see who's interested if you'd like. Take care Tammy 291/284/205/145
