How much did we lose in February?
I lost 12lbs and 11 inches according to the ladies at Curves. That is with 4 visits a week to Curves, 3 workouts at a week at Bally's, walking 5-6 times a week for 45-50 minutes PLUS 3 5K walks and 1 afternoon in the woods at turkey run for about 4.5 miles. The next time some one tells you surgery is the easy way out........smack them a couple time for me okay????

You are the first person that Ive come across that is seems to be aggressively pursuing this ..working out and walking and 2 gyms..you are a girl after my own heart!

I have been following him since the 80s. He is very motivational and its like he is talking directly to you..he is a decathalon champion and he concentrates on showing you correct form- whether its cardio or hand weights- and he builds you or eases you into the exercises- which is a mark of a great trainer ..I have one of his beginner videos at home- and after al these years and workouts and weight gains- it took this surgery-
and me to lose 88lbs- to say- I completed his workout - in good shape and not out of breath. That was a milestone for me...
I started at 326- so I know how you feel- and you are doing so awesome- more than I could at that weight..all I could do was 30 mins on the treadmill and then my joints would hurt me..

I have lost 18 lbs since my last weigh in 1/23. I was weighed in at my six month visit on 02/24. I have no idea how I lost the weight this month I just keep doing the same thing. I really thought I only lost about 8-10lbs but I will take it....Keep up the good work everyone....

Hi- I lost 14lbs.. My doctor weighed me (before my period) Feb 2
and I was 251 and I weighed 237 on Monday 2/27 .
I find the cardio exercise helps me lose body fat- but the weight training
is boosting my metabolism and helping to lose weight. I had hit a plateau through most of January..so Im glad to see the scale go !!
