Plateau Buster Day 1

Thought I would start a thread for those of us who are starting the diet today. My surgery was 8/30. I am 48 years old. I had a bowel obstruction repaired on 9/7. I am facing gallbladder removal but I am to run down at this time. I vomit alot. I loose pounds slowly, but the inches are melting away. My wt. was 226 this morning! I have lost 65# I have lost 52 inches. I will post what I ate this evening! Good Luck Everyone! Stay Strong! hippie
