6 MONTHS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello my Aug sisters and brothers, I wanted to let everyone know how 6 months visit to the DR went. I saw the nurse prac last thursday on my 6 month anv. I weighed in at 156 so in 6 months I have lost 70.5 pounds but since then I have lost another 2 pounds so I am down 72.5 pounds. Chris(nurse prac) told me my blood work was good and I was only 30 pounds away from goal. She told me to keep up the good work and I did not have to go back til my 1 year visit unless I have problems. Speaking of problems I had some scar tissue that was blocking me so I had to have it removed and also the Dr took out my gall bladder too. So I hope there is no more of that mess in my future... I have gone from a size 22 pants to a size 10 a size 2XL shirt to a med-large Everyone tells me how good I look and how skinny I an getting. It feels good to hear that.... Take care to all, Chrissy
