Any scrapbookers or photo takers out there?

Hi All, I just wanted to share that I just got the 1st 6 months post-op scrapbooked. It's been quite fun seeing and reading the progression. For those that aren't scrapbookers, but the idea sounds neat here's a simple way to do it. I'm using a 6" x 6" book - though 8" x 8" are more easily found. One the first page I put the title, which for me is "Opening the Door to a New Life". Then I took all my journaling on this site and put it into Word. I set the paper size to 6" x 6" so that when it printed it would fit in the book. For the beginning of each month I put a picture and a card with my measurements. I added pics depending on highlights for that month. A great way to get the pics to fit and leave some room is to use Costco's upload ability. You can print 4 wallets on a 4" x 6" print for the same price. The smaller pics fit the smaller size book great! Dawn 258/150/135

Dawn, Wow, I'd love to see your book. Sounds like you did a great job. I always thought scrapbooking would be fun. Just never really have the time to sit down & do it. I do more on the computer than hands on. Would be great to have one though. Maybe I'll put this on my "to do" list. Thanks for sharing Tam

Hi Dawn, you look AMAZING! And I love your tattoo (that's one of the things on my list of things to do once I reach goal). I eventually plan on making a scrapbook of my journey as well once I get all of my digitals back from Snapfish.com. I'll one day get around to it, lol. Your book sounds great and thanks for the tips! -Lynn Lap RNY 8-16-05 297/213/140
