anyone treat fissures with creams?

Hi all~ I am wondering if you have had fissures and treated them successfully with creams, and if you did how did you do it? I just want to make sure I am doing the proper thing with the creams from the doctor. It has only been since valentines day that ive been treating. How long did it take for yours to go away? Thanks for your words of wisdom. I am ready to take charge of these little boogers and quit letting them control me...hahahaha.....as if i have any control.... Jenni down 86 pounds but on a plateua right now...thanks to my fear of pooping....nope the sugar has nothing to do with it.....
