Happy valentines day to you too. I love that quote. I say to myself all the time when I have the urge to eat something that I have no business even wanting. It makes me resist the temptation cuz it is no joke nothing could ever taste as good as I feel with 118 lbs gone.

Thank you Tammy! Happy V Day to you too! I was given so many candies today at work it was ridiculous. And I proceeded to give them ALL away! DH was sweet and got me a perfume/lotion/tote bag set, a hand cream/shower gel set, a new purse, and sent a dozen red roses to my job today. Connie 269/184/163 surgeon's goal/150 my goal

Happy Valentines day to you too Tammy!!!! I absolutely love valentines. I really thought I would be bummed this year because the lack of candy, butttttt I really am not. My DH got me sf reeses and sf hersheys. I had 1 piece of each and savored them and that was plenty! I think I was just cautious, didn't want to dump, but very content. I am at work tonight, so no valentines dinn dinn. DH and I are going to Red Lobster on Thursday. WooHoo And you are soooooo right, Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!!
