I finally stepped on the scale today;it finally happened, I am now officially out of the 220,s. I weighed between 218 and 219 this morning .I was stuck at 225 for so long. After that I went between 223 and 225 forever, mostly 225. I finally started keeping up with my vitamins (centrum), drinking my water, and trying to follow the rules. I was totally getting my protein in with food, not supplements. I noticed when I upped my calories my plateau broke. I took all of your advice, I started eating cheese sticks at snack time, along with about 10 oyster crackers. I also eat Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, South Beach or Healthy Choice dinners at work. Then I try to cook low carb at home. Sometimes thats hard because I love pasta, along with everyone in the house; but I've stayed away from that as much as possible. I want to thank all of you for your support. You know how frustrating it is when you are stuck, for me it seemed like forever. Much love to you all . Toya 284/218-219 /175??

Thats awesome Toya! I am so glad you took our advice about the whole carb thing. It will totally stall your weightloss. When you eat too many carbs, your body gets out of ketosis. Instead of burning the excess fat already on your body, it burns whatever carbs you are eating. Sounds like you are doing GREAT!!! Keep it up girl! Lori
