Good morning, I just posted this on the Texas MB and wanted to put it here as well. I have been doing great. No problems whatsoever until lately. I am having a huge problem with feeling like someone sucked the life out of me. It seems like I just deflate. I am having to just go to bed and it is robbing me of time with my family. I don't have energy to exercise like I was. I have tried doing it anyway and it just really takes it out of me. I'm headed to the doctor this morning and hopefully he can help. I was just wondering if any of you are experienceing this? It feels horrible. I'm sick of it. Gianna 244/174/120ish

I too am experincing it also. I'm getting my vitamins in and pretty sure about my protein...sometimes I don't get all my water in and I understand that can cause low energy levels also...among other things. Glad you are going to doctor...maybe he'll do blood work again. See if something is going down and needs adjusting. I'm schedule for my 3 month blood workup next week. I have to force myself to exercise which is basically only walking right now. But, when I do, I feel better. Would like to walk further but just can't seem to make myself... This too will pass, I'm sure. Hang in there...you've done so well! Connie

Do you take B12 or Iron? You might want to consider it. Have your blood work done. I know when I don't take my B12 for a few days, I feel a little tired. My iron has been great. But low Iron especially will make you feel super tired. Good Luck! Lori 281/206/140 7 lbs to onderland!

Hello fellow Texan (I am a transplant to GA - sister lives in Abiliene) I have been having the same problem and had my blood work ckd on the 9th and my iron levels are very low. This explains the tiredness and hair falling out. I take tons of vitamins but just having problems absorbing the iron, going to start prenatal vitamins today and see if this helps. All other levels were good and b12 levels good so it is the iron. I have had problems all my life absorbing iron so not sure what the Dr. is going to try to do about this now. I bet you will get some info from going to the Dr. today and having your levels checked. Let us know what you find out. Judy E.

It cam be one of two things- anemia/ iron deficiency and b-12 I have anemia- was anemic before surgery for whatever reason- have been taking iron pills 2x day- have been seeing a hematologist & taking b-12 sublingual.. my energy levels are good- I exercise regularly and really hit the gym- Im seeing a new hematologist tomorrow- as I need a 2nd opinion- the first was an idiot- even my surgeon disagreeed with him and we have been requesting an iron infusion since November..once i get my levels up to normal- then its expected I will only need to take the pills again.. and there are MANY days- when Im so tired- esp around my period- that all I can do- is get into bed and sleep- becauz Im so drained- but the other 3 weeks- Im good. hope this helps you- Donna
