What a wonderful day!! Today is my "birthday" (5 months post op today) AND I just jumped on the scale and I am 199.2!!! Woo Hoo!! Life is GRAND!!

How are you doin', Joyce? We are surgery twins with Dr. Kam. I've been stuck since Christmas! I've been fighting the same 6 pounds for over a month! Was 290 at surgery and now 212, but was 209 on Christmas morn! I've been exercising more regularly, but ... I hate this plateau! Was hoping to be in Onederland myself by now! Maybe Feb will be my month! Hope you're doing well. :D Brenda
