Pulling it all together
Wow! Five months out from this surgery and there are days I think "hmmm, I have got it going on" and other days that I just flounder a bit and don't do all the "steps" as I have labeled them. One day I get all the vitamins down, drink lots of water but fail to meet the protein requirement and exercise. I know that if I pull all the steps together the weight lose will go faster. What tips do others have for getting it all done everyday. BTW, I have lost 88 pounds so no complaints.
