New Pics on Profile

Hi August Mates! I just added my 5 1/2 month post-op pics to my profile. I am down to 321 which is -62 lbs gone forever. The shirt I'm wearing is one my twin bought me on the day of surgery. It is an XL and it fits!! Less then 6 months and I am wearing a size I have never worn in my teen/adult life. It is amazing! Hope your week goes well! Lori 293/231/135

Thank so much Tammy. I feel wonderful too! That's the best part of this, feeling alive again and being able to move and get around like I never did before. Wow! I just noticed your numbers! Your doing fantastic too! You are down 78 pounds now. That is tremendous. Mine has been slow, but steady. I've noticed more inches on me than pounds and thats ok! It was such a WOW moment putting that shirt on. I never in my life thought I would wear anything but plus size clothes. I'm so happy and feel so free!! Lori 293/229.5/135

Hi Dawn, Thanks for the encouragement. I really like the new hair style too. Color is the same, it just looks lighter for some reason. It maybe the shampoo I'm using now or the gray in the front looks blonder or something. I do love how easy it is to style and keep now though. I was having a problem with hair loss and decided to go shorter and started to take biotin. It has really helped. Not only is my hair loss much less, but my finger nails are stronger and not spliting like they were a couple of months ago. I really think biotin helps!
