WONDERFUL WOW MOMENT!!
I am feeling so on top of the world today. I went to Walmart and found a size 16 jeans on sale. Thought I would go ahead and buy them for when I lost some more weight. Come home,,got curious and tried them on to see how far I had to go before they would fit. The things fit with a little bit of room left!! I was so elated. I have gone from a size 24-26 to a 16. Is awesome!! I have gone from 303 (day I left the hospital) to 202. I know some of that was fluid weight but am counting it anyway...lol.

Hi JUDY!! CONGRATS! I posted about this EXACT same thing the other day- floating between 250-248- 254- 251- LOL since Mid Jan..I now have my
period- so I usually gain 4lbs..and I have been working out intensely- burning 400-600 cals at the gym maybe 5x week (last week I did) and I am
also beginning an exercise video program called Power90, it helps to scultp and tighten your muscles..I got it at www.beachbody.com If you are interested and they have something called Yoga-Booty-Ballet that I also want to try.
I think that I have not been intaking enough calories to allow for the burn off, and our bodies go into "starvatin mode" . Usually once I get past this time of the month- I level off to "normal" and drop like 5lbs..so we shall see.
How are you doing protein wise? Im trying to get in 25-50gms day with Nectar brand protein. Its fruit flavor based and they just made a new once called cappuccin, which is suppsed to be like a cold latte! The Nectar mixes well with a spoon- and I mix the fuzzy navel with crystal light sunrise and its GREAT!
