My hair loss... Stopped!

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to let you know that my hair loss has finally stopped! Hurray!!!!! I am SOOOO happy!!! It really slowed down about two weeks ago... I am not going to go bald! Yipee!!!! Oh yes, I am down 90 pounds... I have offically lost Nicole Richie! LOL Bridget 280/190/140

LOL about losing Nicole Richie. Congrats! My hair loss has slowed considerably, too. THANK GOD! Now if my plataeus would disappear!

Bridget, That is great to hear. I wish mine would stop. My hair has gooten soooo thin I am beggining to think I am going bald. I am going to try doing the B-12 shots and see if that will help. LOL Bridget. I had my surgery two days after you and I have lost half of my hair. Thank goodness I have really thick hair. THe loss seems to be slowing down, so I hope mine will stop soon. Congratulations on the 90 pound loss. Keep up the great work. SH

I'm glad that this saga is over for you....Mine is yet to start if at all...I don't have much of hairloss to speak of....but on the other hand my chicken fur that I do have wouldn't sustain any major loss. Congrats Bridget! I noticed that my hair loss has slowed considerably and I am now starting to see some new growth in the hairline in front. Hope it happens all over like this! I have thin fine hair to begin with and it was getting really really thin and lost most of its body. Eileen 337/251/160ish

Yes I too am noticing some new hair growth.... My hair was VERY thick before and is now on the normal side.... so soon it will be back to normal... hurray! Thanks everyone for your encouragement! Great work! Bridget

I guess that's one advantage to my baldness, no hair loss! I am quite certain, though, that if I'd had hair, it would be going, too. Congrats to all of you for your weight loss. I am down 87 pounds as of today..hoping to be at 100 down by March! Jeff

Hi Bridget! I'm so glad your hair loss has stopped. By the way... did it all of a sudden get really, really worse before it stopped? I've been losing more than average since about mid-Nov., but since the beginning of this month.. OH MY GOSH!!! I brush my hair, take a shower and then after picking it out I pull out a literal hand full of hair! I'm pretty sure I've lost 1/2 of the bulk of my hair in the last 3 weeks. Hi Dawn! I notice my hair loss got really bad about 3/4 of the way thru... it was about 5 or 6 weeks after the really heavy hairloss started that it finally slowed and gotten back to the way it was before i had surgery! I couldn't believe how much hair i lost... i would literally have a brush full everyday and that didn't include what I lost in the shower or thru the rest of the day... I can't wait to lose Mary-Kate Olsen... Only about 15 more pounds... (i think she weighs 105... but who knows, that could be Ashley! lol) Bridget 280/190/140ish
