Sherry, Maybe I need to change my exercise program. I have been doing Pilate's 3 times a week, gazelle 1 time a week, and bike 2 times a week. Maybe that would help to do some weights or something. Rocquetta 333/252/175

Rocquetta...I know the frustration that you feel. I have been stuck at 205 for about 2-3 weeks now and it is really getting on my nerves. I guess I got use to the larger amounts coming off but I am tryin to keep the faith. I know that I have done well and you have also so don't let it get the best of you. This stall will pass for the both of us. Keep on smiling!!

Kristie, Thank you so much for your kind words. I am feeling alot better today. My husband has really been complimenting me the last couple of days. And even though I am doing this for me it made me put things back in perspective and realize that I am doing great. I guess it was just mother nature visiting and not being very nice. Hi Rocquetta, Don't be discouraged...you are doing fabulous! We're actually at the same progression. I started 10 lbs less than you and am currently around 10 lbs less than you now. I'm bouncing from 238 to 242 for 3 weeks now and I keep reminding myself that this is normal as our bodies catch up with the enormous weight loss. I too often worry that my weight loss is over, and although I don't need to be a size 4, I would love to get down a little more, to about 200 lbs or so. I'm not very diligent when it comes to water and exercise and I know that these are my demons that have caused this latest stall (my third since surgery). I've had a host of complications and often don't have the energy to exercise, so I am trying to deal with that, as well. The folks in here are awesome and we are all each other's best support...you're not alone! Toni 323/239/???

Rocquetta, You are exercising a lot. Just keep up the good work. I exercise everyday. I have tried it with weights and without. This morning I had gained even more. I have gained six pounds in a week and a half! My body is going crazy. At least, you have just stalled and have not gained. 276/212/130 (was 206 until I began exercising a lot)
