Toya, Right now I take Centrum Carb Assist vitamins. I just found out that I can use my medical flexible spending account to get my vitamins, calcium & protein so I will probably order the vitamins from bariatriceating.com. They're expensive. I think the Centrum is good if you can't afford the others. There's also chewable centrum if you have a hard time swallowing the regular vitamin. I've been taking the calcium citrate chewable tablets from bariatric advantage. There's NO WAY I can take the regular calcium citrate pills... they're way too big and you have to take too many in a day. I just ordered a small bottle of the liquid calcium citrate from bariatriceating to try it. I do still have a protein drink every now and again. I love the vanilla very berry (also from bariatriceating.com****ep my vitamins & calcium on my desk so I'll remember to take them. I'm really good with my vitamin with breakfast, but sometimes I forget the calcium because you can't take the 2 together. I haven't been real good with exercise lately because I've been working alot of overtime, but I have a treadmill at home & gotta get my butt back on it. Keep me posted on how you're doing.... Good Luck (ps: our surgery weight was the same) Tammy 291/284/217/145

Thanks Tammy, I'm going to go check that sight out. Hopefully those things aren't too expensive for me. Hugs Girrrl! Toya 284/225/175?

I officially stopped smoking as of 12/25/04, and not even a toke, there were a lot of tempting moments even 'til today but it was a requirement of the surgeon prior to the surgery. The scale is at a standstill lately but i feel like i'm losing on the shirt and pant size. the're getting looser for some reason. I'm kinda concerned that the scale has not moved for the past month now. I haven't been exercising or walking, no excuses just lazy, guess just been too complacent due to the initial rapid weight loss, have this fixation that this will go on for a long time, guess not. CONGRATULATIONS I stll get urges to but I'm not going to. I have been at a standstill for a while now. I stalled, lost four pounds, now have stalled again. But from what I've learned from everyone here that it's a normal process. I've just started exercising myself. Find something that motivates you to start exercising. I've heard that exercising may start that scale to moving so don't get discouraged. There is always someone to get you out of that rut here at the .com lol. Curious, How much weight have you lost so far? Toya 284/225/175?
