It's true, inches gone when the scale doesn't move

Just had to share. I've been really frustrated with what I think is slow lose. In the past month the scale has barely moved. However, I noticed my old skinny jeans were loose this week. So I went into my drawer of things I couldn't wear just yet. I got into all of them. I'm down two sizes. I wore size 18 ralph lauren jeans and an XL old navy polo to dinner last night. I looked down right "normal". I even could get into my daughter's tops which upser her greatly. I finished the great closet clean out and don't have anything left from pre surgery. Thank goodness for end of year sales. Hopefully I enough clothes until two or three more sizes drop off. Cheers, Torrey (281/221/145)

Torrey, Great news ..... We'll be measuring this week. I know the inches are going as well. Even though the scale's not moving really fast. Hey, I'll take one or the other, as long as it comes off. I tried on a pair of 18's at Wal-Mart last night & they fit. It is such a great feeling. Keep up the great work Our stats are pretty close..... Tammy 291/284/217/145

I am right there with you 2. Scales have bareeeeeely budged. But tried on some of my daughters size 18s and they were actually a bit too big. I am wearing her tops and bottoms now. I don't think she likes that thought too well...but heck,,,saves me on buying some new clothes plus what I may buy we can share. Keep up the good work!!! Judy

I posted not long ago about our June and July buddie****ting plateaus around five and six months out. Some said they did not lose anything for 4 to 5 weeks. But, you all are still losing inches so you haven't really hit a plateau. I am in a size 18 pants and xlg shirt as well. 276/206/130 5'7"

yeap been goin thru the same thing as you all and was getting kinda depressed about it cause I thought it was all my fault (i.e. not exercising enough, eating wrong, not enough of the right foods etc.) what ever the reason I was blaming myself cause the scale wasn't moving! but I had such a WOW moment yesterday - I decided to try on the next size down and THEY FIT! comfortably too! yeah me We all so ROCK!!!!!!!
