Monthly Weigh-in Anyone?

Pre-surgery 236
Current 180 (and stuck here for 2 1/2 weeks)
Goal 145, long term 150
On another website, I read that most WLS patients find it easier to maintain a weight 5-10 pounds ABOVE where they stopped losing. So I adjusted my goal down 5 pounds, I will try to stay there for a few months, and then if I creep up to 150 maybe it will be a little easier to maintain there.
I exercise a lot...3-4 times a week aerobic, 2-3 times strength and at least 2 yoga classes a week.
I can now wear size 16 pants with NO elastic...found a great pair at Target, which has some pretty cute stuff at good prices when you have to change sizes frequently. Can wear L or XL tops depending on the style. I wear scrubs at work, which is great since they are cheaper to replace...Think my XL are getting TOO baggy and will go out to try on some Larges...never thought I would get out of those plus sizes (I started in 2xl pants and 3xl tops...
