Monthly Weigh-in Anyone?

I started at 291 day of surgery and am down to 184 now, it is interesting reading these post as i notice ppl in size 14 and 12's at 184 i just squeezed into size 18 jeans...but they zip and button..not the elastic ones lolol...woohoo thought id never see that day again. i guess everyone is built diff, cant wait to get into 14's....my next goal.

Here is my monthly numbers..
Started at 263
Today 193
Total lost 69
Not yet at 5 months take my vitamins and try to exercise 6 days per week at curves. I don't exercise when it is that time of the month... Losing slower then most. I am starting to feel hungery every day. I still can't eat much. I was going to try and do more protein...

I was kinda getting bummed at myself till I read a few that are where I am
267 before
203 today
165 surgeons goal
145 my goal
64 pounds lost and I am in size 16's still but they are loose on me. I haven't been exercising regularly and that seems to be the key to the greater weight losers
Take my vitamins everyday plus my biotin!

337 - day of surgery
258 - this morning
150-170ish goal (got to see when I get there!)
79 pounds gone. Spent the last week on vacation in Cozumel MX diving. The resort was an all inclusive (food and alcohol always available). I did pretty good with sticking to protein first and staying with good foods, but the foo-foo drinks got me a bit. Still managed to loose about 4 pounds. Though, diving 3 times a day sure helped in the exercise area. Plus, we walked from the resort down to the shopping district several times (a bit over a mile each way and then walking around shopping!). What a great time.
