Good Gravy! What is going on? I hit my 60 pound weight loss in the middle of November and have not moved since. I have also not lost any inches either in the past five weeks. Has anyone experienced this yet? 276/216/130

Has your weightloss ever stalled before this? Maybe it's your first experience with no loss. I know I have had several weeks when I had no loss or even a gain. This started in my 3rd week. Now I seem to be at a steady clip but for a while there, I was wondering what the heck was happening. Good luck! Lori 281/219/140

Looks like you and I are in the same boat. I started at 280 and I have been at 216 for almost two weeks now. I am a little worried but I am doing what I am supposed to protein, water, excercise so I am trying to chill. Hang in there!

I've been at 222 for a couple weeks as well, so you're not alone. That seems to be my cycle though. I lose good for about a week or two & then I sit at the same weight for a few weeks. I documented it last month on my profile. Trying to keep track of it to see if there's a trend. I measure once a month & did lose inches from November to December, but haven't measured again since I've stalled. Keep your chin up, it'll come off. Tammy 291/284 day of surgery/222/145

I do the same type of thing. Seems to be 2-3 weeks of loss and then 2 weeks of stall. Just trying to stay with good eating habits (this gets harder when I am stalled for over 6 days), and keep up the exercise until the loss kicks in again. I have avoided protein shakes until just recently. but have started drinking them in the morning for breakfast. That added boost in protein without lots of fat or carbs seems to help some. Will have to do more documentation to be sure, but I think my stall was less than 2 weeks this month. Hang in there Sherry Lee! Eileen 337/261/146 (-76#)

This happened to me as well. As soon as I hit the 65 pound mark, I didn't lose anything for a whole month, but everyone keeps saying "how many pounds is it now?" I just think that it's our bodies trying to adjust to losing so much weight so rapidly. I mean come on, we're only 4 months out and already doing so great. And also, during this time, we're most likely losing inches.....so really, we're getting smaller even if the scale isn't moving. Hope that helps. Best wishes to all. Corinne
