Introduction..
Hi All-
I don't know why I never thought to post on this forum, because it sure would be fun to see how others as far out as me are doing.
I had duodenal switch surgery with Dr. Anthone in Omaha on August 3rd. So far I have lost 71 pounds and I feel great. I am so thankful that I have insurance that pays for WLS because I needed it desperately!
I had high blood pressure, heart palpitations (scary since I am only 27), sleep apnea, asthma, gall bladder problems, and a host of other issues prior to surgery. I am happy to say that my blood pressure is now normal, sleep apnea is GONE, asthma has greatly improved, gall bladder is out, and I have more energy than I have had in years!
Thank God for WLS!!
