Need information please

Could someone please tell me how you know your ready to stop using the c-pap machine? Thanks Jan

Well for me, I never used it again after leaving the hospital after surgery. I probably should have but I had a bad experience of aspirating my vomit with my CPAP mask on in the hospital. It scared the crap outta me when I couldn't breath. I find that most nights now I sleep through the night and don't wake up a zillion times like I did before my CPAP. I would try sleeping without it and see how you feel. Or you could always go have another sleep study.... ugh! Good luck! Lori 281/219/140
