Anything besides Bitoin or Nioxin?

Hi Clarissa! Below is a response that I posted to someone elses hair loss question. Hope it helps you! "My surgeon recommended upping my protein intake. I also take a hair/skin/nails supplement (which has biotin in it), L-cysteine (supposed to help your body use the protein you eat more efficiently), zinc, and selenium. These are all in some way supposed to help. One thing that will help with the frizzies and make it look thicker (and really shiney) is a shine serum. I use Hask Spray-On Illuminator that I bought at Wal-Mart." Katie

Besides the two mentioned above (biotin and nioxin) what kind of supplements are you taking and do you do protiene shakes (if so which kind and how much?)

I take my multi-vitimans, calcium, and B12. I don't do protien shakes anymore. I hate milk and anything that remotely looks like milk, hehe.
