Sunday Weigh-In!
Hi, Judy!!!
Glad to see you post. I remember talking to you pre-op and /or shortly after post-op. I'm thrilled to see your (and everybody else's) succsess stories. And I looked avoer your profile...your last entry scared me a little , but I guess you are out of the woods now and your mom is been taken care of.
I've done well so far. NO Complications so far to speak of. Feeling great, looking better than ever before in the last 10 years.

I've also got my neck and cheekbones/collarbones back...Love it!!!
Best wishes to you. Keep in touch, Rita.
Hi!
Highest weight (last summer) 260 (perfect size 24/3X)
Day of surgery (8/22/05) 254
Weight this am 195 (Ladies XL top - 18/20 pants - 20s are almost too big, but 18s snug in the waist)
Blood sugars are almost normal. I am off all insulin (was taking 52 units), off of Avandia and down to 2mg of Amaryl from 8mg. Feel GREAT!
Hugs,
Laura
Pre-op: 224
Current: 180
Goal: 135
Was wearing 18 Womens, now wearing size 14 Misses. Like others, even though I love the fact that I have lost 45 pounds (1/2 way to goal of 90 lbs), I am tickled with the fact that my health is so much better. Have gone from 5 insulin injections a day to 1 and that dosage is continuing to decrease. Snoring has gone away and I feel better than I have in 10 years!!!
Good luck to everyone and congratulations for all your success!
Sharon
Congrats to everyone.... you're doing GREAT!
Surgical weight: 337 (size 26/28 getting tight)
Sunday's weight: 264 (size 20 and getting loose)
Total gone 73 pounds and I am thrilled! My husband says I don't snore much anymore and I can go up the stairs or down the block without having to stop to catch my breathe. Color me happy.
Eileen
Weight before WLS 261 Size 24/26 WP
Weight now 190 Size 18 WP
Down 71
I'm only 5'1-1/2" so I'm not losing sizes as fast as some of you, but I look damn good and I feel great. My twins are really going to need a lift when this is all over though. If I start saving all the money I used to spend on mochas and eating out, I'll probably have enough in 2 yrs to buy a new pair.
