Finally, 50 pounds gone for me!!!

Good Morning August Buddies, It finally happened. The scale weighed me at 243 this morning so I have made the 1/2 century club. I didn't think it was ever going to happen. This has been a very slow process for me, but at can say that the tool is working for me and I have never been happier, healthier, and sassier too! Life is good. Lori 293/243/135 BMI 55.4/45.9/24.9
