should we drink protein drinks?

Hi Shelly I had cut back on my protein drinks for a month and then when I had my 3 month blood work done, my serum albumin was down quite a bit... so the doc has said "two protein drinks a day". With the malabsorbtion we have after surgery, protein drinks and nutritional supplements will be a life long commitment.... hugs Kim
