WOW! I am glad I found you!

I just located this board over the weekend and am so glad that I found you all. It is nice to see everyone at the same stage and having the same questions. I had surgery on 8-23 and have lost 63 pounds to date. My nerves are still frazzled daily and I just don't want to mess up this gift I have been given. I started walking last week and really want to up my exercise during the holidays and beyond. Good luck to all Carrie

Welcome Carrie. I'm fairly new also and so very glad I found this group. They are all very friendly and helpful. It definately does help to see what others are going through at the same time you are. Hi Carrie! Dr. Kim performed my surgery as well. Is'nt he the greatest!! My surgery was 08/29/2005 and I have lost 58 lbs. I myself feel the same way, I am always afraid I will do something to screw up this wonderful tool. Heather
