C'MON AND SHOW OFF!!!!
Everyone has done great!!
I have lost officially from the doctor scale 77 pounds. I have to say I am pretty proud of myself.
I had dinner with people from a job that closed about 4 years ago, and they were all so happy for me about my weight loss. It felt good.
I haven't bought any new clothes but everything is falling off. I am just buttoning and belting everything up the best I can. I'm very excited about this stage in my life.
SO I'm showing off
Pam
I started at 296 and now weigh 118. I have gone from a size 26 to a very comfortable 18. It is just amazing how much different I feel. I still have alot of those moments where I look into the mirror and see the almost 300 pound woman. A HUGE congratulations to all of you! Keep up the great work!!!

What a fun thread to read! Congratulations to everyone!!
I am down 72 lbs from my pre-op high in July of 308. I'm at 236 as of today and have so much energy! I love that this weekend I took my 4-year old roller skating and bowling, and also made time for my walks. What a difference 72 lbs makes!!

308/236/165?
I started at 481 at my first consult in June and was 430 on surgery date. I am now 364 for a loss of 66 lbs since surgery **** lbs total since June). My BMI and gone down from 71.1 to 55.3. I feel like a different person already and have a lot more energy. Clothing wise I haven't bought anything new and it shows!
Congrats to all you losers!

Y'all are right...it's great to read all the success stories. I started at 318 and down to 241 right now..that's 77 lbs in just a little over 3 months. It's awesome. I feel good, starting to feel good about myself. Feel as if I will be totally successful in getting it off and keeping it off. I don't ever want to go there again! I was dying a slow death and I'm not quite 60 yet. Anyway, congrats to all of us. We are going to do it this time!!!
It is really fun to see how well everyone has done! My highest weight before surgery was 260. The day of surgery I was 254. This morning I am 202. That is a total loss of 58 pounds. I have been a perfect size 24/3x for 20 years. I am now an XL top and a size 20 pants. Unbelievable! I can get clothes in the regular Misses dept!! I would love to be in Onederland by Christmas! Can't believe how good I feel. Best of all, my blood sugars are mostly normal and I have gone from 52 units of insulin to none, and from 16mg of Avandia to none, and from 8mg of Amaryl to 2mg. I am so grateful!!!! My diabetes is almost gone!!!!
Happy dance for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hugs,
Laura
