Average Wt Loss at 3 months out???
Hi Shelly,
Funny that you mention how you feel as though you are sabatoging your wieght loss when you eat...I feel the same exact way! I keep track of my calorie/protein/carb intake with a calculator from GNC, and I am way below in everything. I average 500-700 calories a day, with protein intake hovering between 50 and 60. Now I know I need to increase my cal intake, but I am so afraid that I will gain. I'm usually stuffed after a very small amount and I can't imagine increasing my food intake will help me start losing again. I do cardio about 3 times a week plus walk approx 1-2 miles a day. I was on the larger side to start out with but had lost some weight before surgery as well, so I have a feeling my body is just taking a break.
Hey, any weight loss amount is a plus, right?

I really appreciate every one's responses - you all are so supportive! I have promised myself to start exercising tomorrow, and have asked my husband to harrass me if I don't follow through. I also started back on an antidepressant yesterday, which I think will help my outlook. Again - thank you all!! -kristin
First off... Congrats on the weight loss!
I have to go along with everybody else.. that everyone is different.
I lost 79lbs since my surgery. I work out every day, weigh everything before I eat, I eat protein first.....my dr. says I'm doing good and I am always thinking I could do more. But my dr. said that 50lbs in "normal" by this time. So I was happy. So it sounds like your on trac****ep on losing!
