I've lost 50lbs!

So far... isn't it awesome to finally hit that 50lbs marker? It makes me feel like that last 90 won't be so hard to lose. I am hoping and praying to be closer to the 210's by Christmas. It feels so good when you hit those marks. Thinking back to Weigh****chers or Atkins etc. 50 lbs would have been so hard probably impossible to do in 3 months. Congrats to you...You are doing great... Diana 263/209/130

Thanks Diana! You too are doing fabulous! It would have been impossible with any other diet for me. The most I ever lost was 40lbs on E'ola drops. But quickly gained it all back and it brought friends! Lori 281/231/140

You go girl I had my operation a day before you and I am sitting at 49 lbs weight loss. Maybe I will catch up tomorrow.

Woo-hoo! Where else can you go and actually be HAPPY when someone congratulates you for being a LOSER??!! I'm a week ahead of you and down 61. Still have a long way to go, but I know I'll get there...we all will! Congrats on the 50lbs. What a great accomplishment. That's my goal for my 3 mo. anniversary. I'm 4 lbs away. Wouldn't it be amazing to hit onederland by the new year? Torrey
