My Scale Moved!!!!

Ok, just had to share... Finally, my scale is showing movement. Good one too. 3 lbs since yesterday. I've been hovering around 236-237 since the end of October. This morning it showed 233... happy dance happy dance. Hopefully, I'm entering a WOOSH...... Would absolutely love to enter December in the 220's. Thanks for listening everyone.... Great job Tammy! Mine moved over the weekend too! I lost 6lbs from Thurs to Mon! AND its my TOM too! I was shocked. So hopefully when Aunt Flo is gone I will have lost more! Yeah US!!! Lori
