3 month check up...

Okay, so I'm more like 3 months and 10 days out, but I had my check up today. Down 62 lbs, blood work is great, and my surgeon is pleased. I'm in a size 16 right now. Feeling better and better about myself each day! I did get a prescription for B12 shots. Those sublingual ones taste gross to me. AWESOME! I go for my check up on monday. Actually,I'm just bringing in a list of the test I want done to my PCP since my surgeon only does blood work 1 yr out lol. I buy my own b-12 and syringes from calvetsupply.com and they are actually cheaper than my co-pay had I gotten a script. I inject 1.5cc 2X week and swear by them. CONGRATS on your WEIGHT LOSS! YAHOO!

I had my three month check up last thursday. I was down 57 pounds since surgery and 63 since my first appointment with the surgeon. Today I was down 63 since surgery. I am finally under 300 and never to return. Isn't it just wonderful. Things are going well. Joyce RNY Aug 1/05 356/293/?/180
