How about Inches Lost?
I know I've been disapointed these past two weeks because my weight has stalled a little. Fortunatley, I've been taking my measurments every friday since surgery and just did them. For the first time, I thought I'd find out how many inches I've lost and FORGET about the WEIGHT! I'm still loosing INCHES lol.
Are all of you also tracking your loss of inches? let's post em!
I've been taking my measurements since the week before surgery (every friday I measure) Look at what I have lost: screw the weight, the inches are what are important to me lol
Neck: -4.25
Bicep: -2.5
Forearm: -2
Chest: -8 WAAAAAAA

Thigh: -4

Yeah for you! I used to always say, I didn't care if I weighed 300 lbs if I could just be a size 10. I only measure on my monthly anny. The first month I lost 16.5" total and the 2nd, I lost 17.5", making it a total of 34" lost. Next measurement day is Tuesday. I know I haven't lost as much as I haven't lost 2 sizes in clothes this month, but my weight loss has been nice and steady @ 3 lbs per week for the last 5, so I'm ahead of my doctor's goal of 8-10 lbs per month. Plus I feel great and I'm making positive changes in my life, which for me, is the most important thing!

I was amazed that I was able to get into a pair of size 22 jeans today and they were comfortable. I've lost a total of 60.5 lbs since 2 weeks before my surgery and these are the lost inches.

I have not been doing inches and get a little depressed why the weight comes off slow. I am down to a size 14 so I know the inches are coming off. I go to curves and they measure me I just dont have the copy of the loss of inches. I think I am going to start from here out with my own measurements. I found an old weigh****chers weight card from 5/03 it took me 4 months to lose 29 lbs. I started at 264 and got to 235 and I was really working hard and starving. When I started WLS I was at 265 and now am at 213 in two months. It is just wonderful.
