Updated Profile
i have updated my profile and added pictures and tickers...let me know what you think...
I am 9 1/2 weeks out and lost 69 pounds~

Exercising....I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio on the precor every day. I am up to 4 miles in an hour now. I am also doing some weight training, too...to tone! I try to eat my protein first...still only 1 1/2 oz-2 oz. is all I can handle. I drink water flavored with crystal light packets and decaf tea with splenda for a treat. I don't do many carbs...only harvest grain wheat thins or baked tostitos...but usually only 3 at a time. Also...protein supplements. I like blue raspberry and alpine punch isopure.
Hope you start losing again...we will all hit a plateau.
