Under 250

Well Sunday I weighed in and I was under 250..... 247.8. I have lost 68.2. I am so hoping for 75 by Thanksgiving. I did weigh in today and was up a pound. I am really really really hoping that is because of monthly things that are due any time, but anyway just wanted to share my news.

Congrats...That seems like so much weight to me. I had surgery the day after you and I have only lost 35lbs. What are you doing that has made such an enormous difference?? You must be doing something right... I am amazed....GREAT JOB...I know this is not easy, but keep up the great work.
