I am hoping that my "plateau" is over! I'm down 4 more pounds and 2 days. I'm still paranoid about it though - I live on the scales too much! Hope all of you are doing well.
I hit a plateau at 5-6 weeks and so did many of those in my support group. I made sure I drank enough water, more protein and extended my workout time. It does pass. Hope you're over it!

I hit a plateau a couple of times, but it always goes away. I live on my scales too, and I know that is bad, but what can I say, I just love to see those numbers going down
