I have to tell the Truth
To be honest, I miss eating really fast. Sometimes, I do it without thinking & of course I pay for it after. But most of the time I miss just having a whole sub & woofing it down in like 10 minutes. Then I think, ok you know that's how you got the way you were and besides, your body will not allow it anymore so just move on. Then it passes.
Are you kidding? Last night I would have given my right arm for some nachos that everyone else was having! And the Halloween candy keeps showing up at work! But lucky me - I'm scared to death of getting sick so I haven't stepped over the temptation line!
Hang in there - like Weigh****chers says - Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!

Well Girls,
After 4 weeks my doctor said I could eat anything. All those things you miss are not the same as you remember them. I eat Chinese and Thai and Chicken Wings, but somehow my taste buds have changed and they don't do it for me like they used to. I really love fruit and I dont really like iceburg lettuce anymore, but I do like the weed type salads better. I can eat more of that. Bread and stuff just fills me up and I would rather get in the protein. So since I can do anything, I dont get the cravings as much and usually if I do have a craving I take a bit and I don't like it much anymore. It is really weird. I have lost 50 lbs to date and would rather have my protein drink and some cottage cheese then all that other stuff.

I miss Mcdonalds Big Macs and fries...although I didnt eat them all that often, I miss the sauce. I can literally smell it in my mind. Bread is hard for me now...and so I stay away from it. We went to an Astros game (pre world series) and I wanted a hot dog sooo bad...but I didnt dare eat one BAD things would have happend! OH I miss Coca~Cola very much bad!!!!
It is worth it though...I am not missing my disappering "boob fudge" as I like to call it!
