How many are exercising atleast 4x a week?

I'm just curious how many of you are exercising atleast 4X a week and what exercises are you doing?

I walk 2 miles a day at least 4 to 5 times a week. I need to get around to starting on the Bowflex.

Hey Sherry (I just love this waving person) I exercised 6 days last week. I try to get something in. I do water aerobics three times a week, I walk my dog around the neighborhood on a daily basis. I also like to go to the gym and do the exercise machine.

Hi Sherry, I walk at least 1.5 miles everyday when I get home from work and usually on the weekend too. Tell ya what tho...I am almost 7 weeks out and have only lost 27 lbs. I weigh my food, exercise, etc. (not too good on water), but have been stalled for 3.5 weeks! I justed posted to that effect on the main board just about 1/2 an hour ago!! I'm at 29lbs too. While my exercise isn't great, I do a lot of walking at work.

Amanda - I go to Curves also but I don't feel like any of the machines works my stomach or abs. What am I missing? Terri 287/238/145

I try to get on my ellipitical machine every day and I can finally do it for 15 minutes. I am hoping to get up to 20 minutes this week. I really think I need to do more walking. At times I try to go up and down 4 flights of stairs here at work to get a little more exercise in because I sit all day at my desk.

I joined curves like a few others and go as much as possible, which can be hard due to my work schedule. I get there 3x a week atleast, but I try to go everyday.

I have been exercising 4-5 times week. I have just my size yoga that I do in the mornings (every morning) for 40 minutes. Then I either do the 1 mile video of walk away the pounds for 20 minutes or I do my belly dancing video for 30 minutes, or both in the evenings.
