How many are exercising atleast 4x a week?

I walk at least 1.5 miles everyday when I get home from work and usually on the weekend too. Tell ya what tho...I am almost 7 weeks out and have only lost 27 lbs. I weigh my food, exercise, etc. (not too good on water), but have been stalled for 3.5 weeks! I justed posted to that effect on the main board just about 1/2 an hour ago!! Oh well, good luck on your exercising!

I try to get on my ellipitical machine every day and I can finally do it for 15 minutes. I am hoping to get up to 20 minutes this week. I really think I need to do more walking. At times I try to go up and down 4 flights of stairs here at work to get a little more exercise in because I sit all day at my desk.
I have been exercising 4-5 times week. I have just my size yoga
that I do in the mornings (every morning) for 40 minutes. Then I either do the 1 mile video of walk away the pounds
for 20 minutes or I do my belly dancing video
for 30 minutes, or both in the evenings. I have a lot more energy since I've been exercising!
