YES!!!!!!!!! i'm exhausted. i worked from home yesterday and ended up taking about a 3 hour nap. by the time it was bedtime, i was still so tired that i went to bed at like 9:30 or 10:00. I am getting all of my vit's/preotein in, but I'm still so tired. i doze off when i'm trying to read my emails at work. it's really embarrassing!!!! i guess i'll just wait until my blood work is checked at my 3 month visit, but until then i'll just assume it's taking my body awhile to adjust. good luck!! I'm just exhausted. I look like I have raccoon eyes, the dark circles are so prominent. I had a surgical complication that caused a hemmorage, so I got transfused with 5 units of blood. I thought that's why I'm so tired but maybe??? Karen RNY 08/18/05 490/426/?

Hi, I just had my surgery on 8/25 and today I went to the doctor and they did blood work. I found out that my Iron level was low and protein. My doctor gave me vitamins with Iron and now I have to take more Iron and my B level test has not come back yet so that is next week. I am tired also don't have big amounts of energy and could go for a nap daily. Diana

I had surgery (open RnY 100cm) on 8/12 and I'm just now starting to feel "Normal" without HAVING to take a nap mid day. One thing I really noticed a diffrence on is my b12. I'm doing three protiene shakes a day (champion pure whey chocolate and Isopure Vanilla cinimon ...yummy) to try to get in over 90g of protiene. Along with the supplements suggested by vitalady.com. I prefer to inject my b12 and found it really cheap at calvetsupply.com, along with the syringes. WHAT A DIFFRENCE! Hugs Tamela
