I went away this weekend with our womens group from church and my mom and two other ladies shared a room. We forwarned everyone that I snore really bad. Well the next morning I asked my mom if I snored and she told me NO. I could not believe it. She was snoring and I wasn't. I guess loosing 50lbs has really helped in that area. Just thought I would share. Debbie

This is too funny. I just asked my husband today if I was snoring as bad and he said "no I barely hear you snore at all and when you do it's real quiet little snores"...lol. That was another one of those little wow moments. Now when I am somewhere else sleeping I won't have to worry so much about snoring around others. Congrats on the weight loss!! It does help in soooooo many ways! Judy

Hi Girls, Same with me. I was diagnosed in May with Severe Sleep Apnea, and now sleep with a CPAP machine. I haven't used it the past few nights and asked hubby how my snoring is, he said I snore really quietly now.....So do I keep using the machine or what?????????? I am down 47 pounds so it can only get better right? Joyce RNY Aug 1/05 356/309/?/180

Debbie, I had my surg on the 16th of Aug and I asked my hubby after a few I was home a few nights and he told me I was not snoring anymore. I was shocked too. I could not believe it. Also my sinuses have cleared up and I can breathe at night while sleeping that was also a good thing. I have lost about 35-40 pounds in 8 weeks. I feel good... Take care, Chrissy
