my profile is messed up! help! tickerfactory/future updat dividers.

hi all! i tried to add the tickerfactory thing, and somehow i messed up my profile! now you have to scroll WAY down the page to see my picture and the rest of my things. also, how does everyone get those dividers so you can enter stuff daily? i tried to add tickerfactory, and there is no where to seperate anything. i see on some peoples profiles it says "future update" with divders. can anyone help me? i dont know much about computers.

Hey Kim, I got my ticker from http://www.3fatchicks.com/weight-tracker/index.php, but it is the same as tickerfactory. You have to copy the HTML code from the ticker place, then goto your profile and paste it where you want it. I pasted two of them on my profile, one at the top and one at the bottom. If you want it at the bottom, scroll all the way down and just push enter a few times to have it separate from everything else and then paste it. As for the future update things, I just typed Future Update a few times to look like that. Now if you want a fancy profile, go to someone's profile who has had it done up (not mine) and scroll to the bottom where it says this profile was spruced up by ---. It says to email a volunteer if you want to have your profile srpuced up. Email them and I think they will ask you some questions about what you want your theme to be and if you have a website with graphics on it to be used, etc. I plan on doing this to mine, but I am still trying to figure out what theme I want.
