Need a little encouragement, please!
don't be discouraged!!! i too was at about the same place at the same time. it is frustrating to read the boards and see so many people losing faster...that is why i posted a message earlier today asking for comparison weights....i mean people that started at about the same weight and height as me. i think as long as we are losing then it is ok!!!! think..how often have you lost 27 pounds so quickly and know that it will stay off!!!! i mean this stuff is forever!!!! keep up the walking and consider weight lifting. Weight lifting helps keep muscle and speeds up the metabolism big time!!! you dont' have to do heavy weights. get some 5 and 10 pounds weights. there is a book called "the fat burners workout" and it has wonderful pictures to teach you. you can do at home!!! it isn't tough and makes a huge difference!!! chin up!!!! keep everybody updated!!
