I decided to take a face shot of myself to see if I could tell the difference. Boy do I ever! My face is so much thinner! There are comparison pics on my profile if you are interested. I would recommend doing this to those people, like myself, who are concerned about the weightloss so far. I have a whole new outlook! Lori

You look great. I noticed the weight loss in my face first as well. Make sure you do measurements as well. Even when the scale is slow, the inches keep coming off. Tammy
