For those tired of protein shakes.....READ THIS!

Hey everyone. I just wanted to tell you about a protein I have disovered that tastes GREAT! No joke. My friend works at a nutrition place and he was telling me about the new line of "girly flavored" protein. The company is Syntrax, and it is called Nectar. I personally have had the Ice Tea (my favorite) and Lemonade (yum). I also bought Kiwi Strawberry and Carribbean Cooler (Those two I could do without). The Kiwi Strawberry is good, but since the surgery that flavor does not like me All you do is add water and go. You can also mix it with the Sugar Free Equivalent like Crystal Lite, 4C...You can get creative like mixing the Crystal Lite Ice Tea with Syntrax Roadside Lemonade Flavor. 23g protein per scoop. I have these neat mugs with a strainer at the top so when you shake it, the straier breakes up the icky protein chunks. Many times you can go to a local nutrition store and ask for samples so you dont waste money. They should carry cups/mugs for protein too. They are pricey, but I found a guy on ebay selling them - 4 for $80 (4 2 lb containers). The money is well worth it. Syntrax also has Chocolate and Vanilla that are not dry and chalky tasting like other ones, and they are excellent w/ skim milk or pudding (for those dreaded morning shakes). Hope this helps!

I think I got the damaged ones for 19 a piece from the company and anything over 75 dollars was free shipping. I think the ice tea has caffeine in it though. They also have fuzzy naval. I was given a sample at the hospital after surgery. It is good and I can handle it more now that I am 6 weeks out, before it was a little too sweet...
