I don't know about GNC. You can get the pudding a lot of different places on line, but it's expensive. It's $1.99 at drugstore.com. I buy all my vitamins from them as well so it's not hard to qualify for the free shipping.

i didn't like the shakes either and my dr. told me i could have protein bars. i found one at target called pure protein that i really like. i bought the chocolate peanut butter and it tastes like a snickers bar! i just take little bites of it throught the day. it's got 190 cal., 20g of protein and 3g net carbs. it's yummy!

Try adding unflavored unjury to SF pudding. I found that Hunts now makes a SF pudding in a pack with the same nutrional values as Jello SF pudding you make at home. I think the protein is not even detectable in the mixture when I do this. And it's a lot cheaper than the protein puddings you buy online or in nutrition stores. I've also added the unflavored unjury to creamy soups. The key is to not dump an entire scoop into your portion of soup. Try a half scoop first and see how it tastes/mixes.

Hi, I tried the Stallone Pudding also and did not like the taste - sooooooooo, I mixed the 6 ounce can with a 4 ounce cup of chocolate sf pudding and the taste is much better. It comes out to 11 g of protein per serving, and/but the taste is so much improved. Also for me, Isopure has been a godsend. I drink at least one bottle of it every day. It has 40 g of protein!!! Good luck, Adrienne xo

A LOT of people on here don't like the taste/cost, but I drink 2 profect vials a day. 25 grams of protein in just under 3 ounces. I drink the blue raspberry swirl flavor. www.profect.com
