Bonnie, Bonnie, Bonnie!!!! CONGRATULATIIONS on wearing regular-sized clothing! I am SO envious. I can't wait until I get to that day! You are doing an awesome job of using your tool! I have a variation on your shepherd's pie! I take one of those little microwave containers of Dinty Moore Beef stew and use my potato masher to break up the beef in it. Then I put it in an oven safe dish, covered it with mashed potatoes and put at least an ounce of good cheddar or colby on it. ( i also sneak some dried milk or unflavored protein powder in the potatoes for some added protein.) Then I put it in the oven at 400 until the cheese melts and the potatoes decide to brown.Anyway, it makes two meals for me and I figure ( with the juiced up potatoes) about 15 grams of protein per serving. And almost NO cooking!!! I am making your shepherd's pie for my family tonight. I think we are all going to love it! Holly
