Pictures update

Hi everyone, I put a couple pictures on my profile, that was easy enough, but my question is, how do I get one next to my posts?

I don't know who to send it to but you have to send a email to obesityhelp and add attachment with your Pic's you want. sorry I'm not much help~~~ but you look great! I like the Bike!!
