I MISS MY CARBS!!!

Hi Melissa - I remember you! I've lost just under 19 too. Seems like it should be coming off faster, but I am trying to be patient. Our skin and hair may thank us for losing it slower. I know where Bangz is . It looks like a cool place from the outside - I've never been in. You did one client's hair already? Brave girl!! Was that at 2 weeks out? I went back at 3 weeks. So far so good. You keep up the good work too. My next appointment is Monday the 26th. When's yours? Michelle

hey how are u so today was actually the first full day back i tried to go back like 2 weeks after i was blow drying my clients hair could not finish just felt week and i get some bad headaches and specially smellin all the chemicals forget it so i took another week so about 3 weeks i had off . so how is ur pain mine still there its weird it comes and goes u know my appointment is on that mon also but i am going to the girl cause strom is on vacation.. so im only down about like 21 now not bad i think im losing inches first well as long as we loose right take care
